Public Service Worker – Operations & Recreation


Perform manual labor and operate equipment/machinery in all areas of the Operations & Recreation Department to maintain and improve city properties and facilities.  Primary duties will be aquatic park and ice arena maintenance during summer and winter months, with spring and fall assignments in parks, operations, utilities, or other divisions as needed.  Must be able to work a flexible schedule and respond to after hour emergencies as assigned.  Must have HS diploma or equivalent, Class B CDL or ability to obtain in 60 days, Certified Pool Operator or Aquatic Facility Operator certifications or ability to obtain within 90 days, and Class “C” Boiler’s License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
